Once the best candidate has been approved by you, we will prepare the proposed contract agreement. Our human resources team will make sure that all necessary documents are submitted.
IT IMPLEMENTATION
Corporate workstations will then be prepared along with all the IT facilities. This includes a personal computer and software applications.
JOB ORIENTATION & TRAINING
Your new team member will then go through the initial orientation about your company, including necessary trainings and applicable tasks. We will then provide you with induction and training to best utilize our solutions.
ROLL OUT
Finally, we will endorse your new team member over to you to begin helping you achieve your goals and objectives within your business.
