Job Summary:

Admin Assistant provides personalised secretarial and administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner. He/she makes sure everything runs properly and in place.

Responsibilities:

    • Answers or transfers inbound phone call
    • Does clerical duties including data entry, photocopying and mailing
    • Maintaining Electronic and hard copy filing system
    • Maintain office supply inventories
    • Coordinate with maintenance office

Qualifications:

    • Graduate in any course
    • Female/Male
    • With or without working experience
    • Has strong skills in administrative support
    • Good communication skills
    • Can work in a flexible schedule
    • Can work full time
